If you want to write Cyberpunk this is an excellent place to start for guidelines and ideas.

Spike the Net Detective

Follow the adventures of the worlds first Net detective. Now in its third incarnation described as a pulp comic you can enjoy a series of animation's that illustrate the plot. For the devoted fan you can even be come a member of his fan club and receive a free goodies bag. I'm agent number 00645, Ahem!

The Intelligence

A webnovel of science and fiction.

In the words of its webmaster " The Intelligence is an innovative attempt to combine linear and nonlinear hypertext techniques on the web. A small group of authors are creating a linear science and fiction novel about an alien intelligence who comes to earth to share its wisdom and technologies. Tales from the Vault

Enter the Tales from the Vault and experience the Gothic mystery of their numerous stories in progress. Updated on a regular basis by their visitors the stories can take interesting twists and turns. There's also a section with original artwork meant to inspire visitors to write.

A hypertext short story

A new edition to the realms of hypertext fiction is a short story by Ian Wilson. An intriguing mix of fiction and narrative theory this story draws you into a feeling of intimacy with the author.

Eon-4 Project

Among a new generation of hypertext fiction and multimedia experiences the Eon-4 project tracks the progress of a mysterious space mission on an alien world. animation beautiful graphics and a gripping plot make this site a must see. To access part of the site you have to register for security clearance. No more painful than filling in a simple form. This gives you access to the whole of the site.

The Company Therapist

Explore the records of a psychiatrist as he attempts to waid through personal problems and office intrigue. This is another collaborative hyperdrama that you can get involved in. Although you do have to make a commitment to update your character thread on a fairly regular basis. Well written and easily navigated there is enough story on-line to keep you busy for some time to come. Officially launched in August.

A story of Pirate Cats and high sea mayhem by David L Lerner. Its made a promising start. Well worth checking out

This is probably the ultimate in listing what is available on the net about hypertext fiction. If you are interested in hypertext fiction don't miss this site.

Eastgate

If you have a little cash to spare Eastgate are the people to see about hypertext fiction on a disk. Many of their products are available in both Mac and Windows format. Eastgate are also the makers of Storyspace the Rolls Royce of Hypertext Fiction editors.
